Processing time: Orders are handmade and typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Shipping method: Items are sent via USPS standard shipping unless otherwise arranged.
Local pickup: Customers near Stonefort, IL can arrange pickup by messaging or calling ahead.
Shipping rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address.
Delivery estimates: Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact me as soon as possible so we can work together on a solution.

Handmade items: Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, size, and bead placement are normal and make every item unique.
Defects or damage: If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo. I will do my best to repair, replace, or refund the item.
Change of mind: Returns for change of mind are not accepted on handmade jewelry and accessories for hygiene and customization reasons.
Exchanges: Exchanges may be possible on a case-by-case basis for items that are unused and in original condition.
